In this talk from the 2013 Q Women and Calling event, Kathy Keller discusses the way that gender roles have misused in the past. The antidote has been to throw the whole idea away. Is this the correct response?  Keller argues that to reject our genders—as women and men—is to push away a great gift from God, given to us to reflect his nature more fully. The key to a fuller understanding of these ideas is an understanding of "ontological equality," which Keller explains in this clip.

Over the past few years, it's evident that it will take more than the election of a person of color to move our nation past the systemic racism existing in workplaces, schools, and prisons. In this talk from 2016, Adam Thomason leads a conversation on how we can dismantle unjust structures still so prevalent in society - and encourages us to think about how and what to build in their place.
